Opis
The paper presents the theoretical basis of development assistance, the geographical, political, social and economic conditions of Ethiopia, especially the analysis of Ethiopia's needs based on the Sustainable Development Goals. It also discusses, as an example of development aid, the program to support education by lighting elementary school and equipping school libraries implemented in 2015-2016 in southern Ethiopia by the Polish Center for International Aid.
